Bed&Sleep, salonas, UAB 'Techpra'

Awful company. We've spent £1,430 on a bed that arrived without cushions that were included in the bed. When delivery guys arrived, they advised that they will be back as they did not bring everything. Of course no one returned. We raised a complaint and requested for the cushions to be delivered to us ASAP. The response to our complaint was unsatisfactory and we were told to buy the cushions again! This is absurd. We then discovered that two panels inside the bed arrived broken in half as well. For such an expensive product, I would expect excellent service and items in perfect condition! Would most certainly not recommend this company to anyone, and let me assure you that we will be starting further legal actions against this company as the after-sales service is appalling!
