Wonderful service. Extremely high quality products with a long warranty period. We buy from them long and often. We have never been commissioned. We wish them success at work!

They are incompetent, overpriced, slow, unresonsive and dishonest. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I ordered 10 bottles of cough syrup to be shipped to me in the US. Seven weeks later a very soggy package arrived that had once contained 6 bottles of cough syrup but now contained 3. The other 3 bottles had been smashed to dust.. They had placed 6 glass bottles (not 10 I paid for) into a softsided mail envelope with no protective packaging. That was ether gross incompetence , delusiional thinking or maybe both. They have been totally unresponsive to my emails. apparently this is the norm for them -ship half what is paid for, package it so half or less will survive and then ignore any complaints. I should also mention they will not accept credit cards, only bank transfers so the customer has no recourse there. BE WARNED

I have already sent several messages to the company stating that I made the bank transfer on 03/24/2023. I have had no response from the company. I've been asking you to verify your account for days because I made the deposit and I really need the 2 gels I requested. I ask for the tracking code. Sorry to use this channel, but I've been trying to contact you for over a month with no response.
