Extremely unpleasant experience. My three-year-old son started a Saturday English course here a couple of weeks ago. Today morning was the third lesson. My son started crying during the class. We went out of the classroom, calmed down and came back to the class. He again started crying, so we repeated going out, calming down and coming back to the class a couple of times more. When he started crying again, I decided not to disturb the lesson any longer by all the going out and coming back and went to the hall to put on our jackets and head home. I was extremely surprised when a lady who seemed to be the manager or the owner of the school came to us while I was trying to get our jackets and boots and at the same time calm down my child. In a very strict and cold tone, she told us that we were disturbing the lessons by all the crying and added that the school isn't a polyclinic. While I understand that my child should definitely be brought out of the classroom if he starts crying, I can't really understand what is the reason to give us this comment while we are just beside the door trying to dress up and leave the school so that we wouldn't disturb any lessons. We dressed up and put on our boots outside after this comment by the nice" lady. It's autumn
