I have contacted the administration to get the information about the possibility of renting of ice arena. I had an intention to rent the ice for 8 hours on weekeng and 3 hours on Thursday or Friday.I am not a Ltihuania resident so I don't speak Lithuanian. I have called the administration and some lady picked up the phone. I asked her if she speaks Russian and she answered No". Then I asked her if she speaks English and she answered again "No". After that I asked her if she speaks German and she just slammed the phone down!After that I send the administration of ice arena an e-mail in Russian and English hoping to get the information about the possibility of renting of ice this way but several days passed and I have not got any answer.So I am very disappointed. I think that the administration of ice arena is absolutely unprofessional and disrespects the customers. Ignoring the communication with the customers reveals the lowest level of education and even non-conformity to the taken position."
