Lovely selection or sweets and traditional Lithuanian goodies sold by weight. I was able to sample a small piece of tasty tree cake for €1.50, the dark hot chocolate was amazingly thick. I got a bit of apple cheese and plum for €1,50 also, bargain treats thank you!

A small gourmet gem in the heart of Kaunas Old Town. The best hot chocolate (not cocoa drink!) - flavorful, thick, dark, with a glass of water as it has to be. Want to feel the spirit of 40's? Have a cup of hot chocolate and a seat near window with a view at the Cathedral.And Skanėstai is a pet friendly place :)
