Nice place, quite centric, very quiet and meets all your basic needs.My two bed-room was tidy and clean. Having to share the bathroom with your neighbour is really no problem. The fully tiled-bathroom is litteraly outside your door.Take notice that there are basically no signs to guide you to this place. Nothing outside the building tells you there's a hotell inside. The hotell is inside the lone nine floor-building. Enter, and the reception is there. Nothing fishy about that, no need to be discouraged, it is simply the exterior information that is lacking.The hotell doesn't accept cards, cash ONLY! So is basically the case in entire Utena. No food service at the hotell what so ever, you have a kettle in the room but bring your own teabags. I have yet to find a place where you can pay with card in this town, except supermarkets. Basically no one speeks anything else but Russian! English is scarse. But you speek Russian - and they will kill for you!To sum it up, I recommend this here place if you need a place to sleep with nothing fancy. Standard and maintanance are average, in a positive sense. Are you looking for extras, pay it somewhere else
