Wonderful new studio, with experienced and super kind yoga teachers

Best yoga studio I've been to in years. It is supporting the return to a more dedicated and physical practice and I'm so grateful.

Was traveling in Vilnius and wanted to have a yoga session to ease the tiredness from the trip. Lina is a caring and professional instructor. The yin yang session which is very suitable for travelers is so relaxing and enjoyable. The studio is a cozy and peaceful located near the old town. Highly recommend.

The studio in itself is cosy and the enterior is lovely. However… I don’t recommend going to this studio for beginners, because teachers do not ask about injuries, don’t provide info how to make yoga positions correctly and how to adjust them according to ones needs. Also, if music does not allow for one to focus on the practice, I suggest to avoid this studio. Majority of teachers play music during practice, and not the relaxing type (it’s usually some pop and pop-folk songs) that gets played multiple times during the session.I confidentely stand by my review, as I tried out three different teachers who teach in this studio and beyond.
