Best in class service and excellent consultants that are really helpful for choosing the right frames, other places in Vilnius cannot even compare. I got my first prescriptions glasses there years ago and then came back for the new pair too.

Greetings,I must confess, I have been hunting down the best store for the glasses and I have found it. The initial start was heartwarming because of the staff. The pair of the girls were ever so helpful and kind, braced with patience until I have found what actually suited me best. The moment I've asked if we could arrange an Optometrist appointment it was granted the very next day which brings us to now.Today, from the moment I've entered the store until the very last when I've stepped out - staff was efficiently and ever so carefully assisting. The Appointment was a SUCCESS! The Optometrist is TOP notch! She's incredibly good at determining the best dioptrics of vision for my potential lenses. As if that was top of the Everest, the staff was magical! Charming service, friendly and enduring characters!My apologies but I can only remember Inga whose opinion about my preferences was encouraging me all the way through my selection of the lenses. Inga the Charming. Red sneakers, silver pixie and deep all-seeing eyes knowing what the potential customer needs.KUDOS for the team of Friends & Frames for the two days of best, most informative service! I have never been served by any other retail service better than what I've experienced at the Quality store - Friends & Frames.I'm only hoping to see the very same composition of the staff once my lenses are going to arrive! The most stylish glasses you'll find in this city. Some would say it's a bit pricey, but given that their service is the best one I ever experienced, it's totally a no-brainer for me (already bought 2 pairs and buying another one).

More unique and stylish glasses than I found in any other place. Due to that prices are a bit higher. Consultants are eager to help, might suggest similar glasses to the ones you've chosen.**Came back after a week with new glasses to tweak the form (steel frame) - the consultant made them even more comfortable.
