Vilnius with Locals

Vilius gave us a great tour of Vilnius. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was not only able to share a lot of interesting historical information with us, but he could answer all the questions people had as well. We saw numerous important sights around Vilnius, including places I would never have known to visit on my own. It makes such a big difference to tour with a guide who knows their city, and Vilius definitely does.I also appreciated that at the end of the tour, Vilius stayed around to answer questions and give advice on where to eat, what to see, etc. Also, it was great that tips at the end could be given by cash or even credit card (I was able to set the amount I wanted and pay with a card reader he has). It was very convenient for me since I rarely carry cash with me. Thank you, Vilius, for the great tour!

Excellent ! The private Soviet tour helped us understand, from a personal, local perspective, what life was like in Soviet times, what independence means for Lithuania today, and just how important freedom is. Truly an informative tour. Highly recommended !

This is the second time I went on a Vilnius free tour. I like that the guides get to choose the stories they tell and the places we see, because both times I learned something new and different. The first time I thought that the guide focused more on tips on places to go after the tour than the history. It was a shame because the history so rich and interesting! The second time we had Ieva as our guide. Ieva is hilarious, super knowledgeable and managed to keep us engaged for the whole 2.5 hours.

Wir hatten eine großartige Tour mit Vilius durch Vilnius. Sehr authentisch und informativ bei gleichzeitig sehr guter Unterhaltung. Auch Einblicke in versteckte Hinterhöfe, die man alleine wohl nicht finden würde und viele Tipps für den weiteren Aufenthalt (Essen, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw.).Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man Vilnius kennenlernen möchte!

We went on the free walking tour with Tadas in Vilnius and it was a great experience. We had no knowledge of Lithuania and now we know some very interesting facts about the capital city and the history of Lithuania. The tour was done at good pace and we had time to see a lot of sites. Tadas was really knowledgeable and approaching and we are very grateful for this moment spent with him. We highly recommend this tour!

The soviet era tour was very informative and great fun. Tadas is a very knowledgable and super friendly guide. The 2.5 hours passed way too quickly. Thanks Tadas!

I did the Soviet walking Tour with Sarunas. It was a very interesting tour about a topic that isn't talked about much in western Europe. Can definitely recommend.Also did the old town and alternative Tour with Ieva. She is indeed a very talented tour guide, who manages to deliver a lot of information with a lot of wit so that the time just flies by.100% worth it.
