Абсолютно отвратительное обслуживание. Хозяйка слишком много о себе думает а на деле не разбирается в изделиях которые продает. Никогда больше не вернусь. Очень плохое впечатление от посещения

I didn't believe the reviews at first, and I went to check the shop, because I was looking for few luxury watch pieces from the brands they represent. I got the full experience from this notorious service: personnel have no clue about their products, no interest in showcasing them. When I asked what other watch brands they had, guy told me to look outside the shop at their signboard with logos :) This was sooooo cringe, lmao.P.S. Collections are outdated, no new pieces arriving.

Workers have no clue what good customer service is. They are not interested in selling things. Also they have no knowledge about their products. The woman did not even know how to unfasten watches, what a shame. We have been to many shops like official omega shop, official retailers of Rolexes in London, Milan, Munich, never anyone spoke to me in the same manner as in this store even when I didn’t buy anything. I feel sorry for this shop.

Arrived at the shop at 18:45, 15 mins prior closure. The door was closed I was standing in front, then they decided to open. The first frase was: We are closing. You have 5 mins". Nothing indicated that they were happy to see me. I asked about the earrings from the collection they had on their shop window

В этом магазине снизошли, чтоб просто открыть дверь. На столько отвратительного отношения не встречал. Даже смотреть ничего не стали. Шли за определенной покупкой. К счастью будем в Варшаве скоро, там купим. Проходите мимо этого (…)!
