Had an appointment booked via Treatwell. When I arrived to the address, it was hard to locate exact beauty salon location as the gates were closed and there were no directions around. I called to Spicy beauty number which appeared on Google maps and very unpleasant lady was telling me that there is no such procedure that I ordered, she said she is a hairdresser and said she doesn’t want people calling her (which is funny consider her number is added on Google maps). Later another lady called me to ask if I will make it to the appointment however that was 20min past the time.Seems very chaotic, not well organised in terms of providing correct information to customers in various channels. This place might work for locals who know service providers but not recommending for new customers.
