You and Oil

Great products, terrible serviceAlthough the cosmetics itself is great and really works for me, I would not advise anyone to order it directly from the you&oil. Not only is their website glitchy, but what's worse, their customer service is disgusting. My order from December 27 was shipped only on January 11 after several messages and a phone call. No one contacted me and did not apologize, they just sent me the box as if nothing had happened. And on top of that the parcel was missing one item! I have been trying to contact the company for a week now to get the missing item or a refund, without any success. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered problems like this. That's why I don't recommend buy from them directly, check pharmacies and partner stores first.

Priemonės, kiek teko naudoti, patiko, aptarnavimas tikrai nepatiko. Paskutinio užsakymo laukiu nuo sausio pradžios. Nėra nei užsakymo, nei grąžintų pinigų. Susisiekus su įmonės atstove, žadėjo išsiaiškiti ir grąžinti pingus, bet į paskutines žinutes nebereagavo, pinigų už neįvykdytą užsakymą vis dar negrąžino...
