The V spa and wellness centre

Apsilankymas baseine nuliūdino. Nors baseino erdvė rekonstruota visiškai nesenai, tačiau dabar visa nudrenkta, atsilaupusios plytelės, atšpurusios sienos, viskas nudrenkta...Trečdalis pirčių neveikia, ant žemės pilna prutaškyto vandens, kurio prižiūrėtojai nevalo ir grindys patampa itin slidžios...Naujoji baseinų erdvė nesusisiekia su senąja, todėl reikia sukti garbės ratą norint patekt iš vienos erdvės į kitą.Spintelės mažos ir netalpios, ant pakabų neįmanoma pakabinti kelnių.Tiesa personalas dirbęs registratūroje pasirodė malonus ir pasiruošęs padėti.

Massage was good. Very pure communication from front desk with the client. After Good morning" next question was "How are you going to pay?" :) No smiles

It was not our first time in this spa, but the last time. Hot sauna doesn’t worked again. Children was in the adults area. It was always very loud and very to full. Towels was for free in the past and now 3€ per towel and same entrance fee of over 50€. We wasn’t happy. One star for the good but expensive massage

I usually go to the spa on a monthly basis and my experience at the V spa was the worst I had in a while. What was supposed to be a relaxing moment was just a very unpleasant and stressful experience for several reasons:- We were a group of foreigners who pre-booked in advance several treatments. When we arrived a lot of the treatments that we booked were not available anymore due to the spa being busier than expected. We wondered what was the value of pre-booking in that case?- The main reason we booked this spa among the multiple ones in Vilnius was for the proximity to the lake, the choices of different saunas and the nice bar and restaurant. After we paid a quite expensive full-price entrance fee (55€) we were told that only one Sauna was available, the cold pool was unavailable and the bar and restaurant were closed. It would have been professional to notify us of those important changes when we arrived and before we pay.- The Lithuanian personnel didn’t want to speak English with us and I would absolutely not advise this place to any foreigners looking for an upscale spa- this place doesn’t seem to appreciate foreigners willing to spend money- We saw the personnel giving a tour of the facilities and we were not giving one. After 6 hours at the spa, we had to ask directions when we saw there was a 2nd pool that we were not aware of. Isn’t it part of a hospitality service to do a visit of the facilities to the guests so they feel at ease?- Some of the facilities were dirty. Not just the toilets but the walking area next to the pool. We were not given slippers when we arrived and we saw a couple having them and we had to ask to the reception to get guest slippers.Overall, people come to the spa to relax, to be pampered and to have an excellent service. We were treated in a very unfriendly way and felt very unwelcome (despite I spent 140€ with a 55€ entrance and a 85€ Gemology treatment and my friends spent around the same amount for massages).The only star this place deserves is for my excellent facial Gemology treatment by an Indian lady. She was amazing and saved the day with a fantastic service and facial treatment. She was my silver lining in this horrendous hospitality experience. She also deserves to work her magic in a better place than this facility that doesn’t deserve to be called a SPA but maybe an expensive public pool.

Не порадовал спа. Да, красивый интерьер, но очень холодно. Джакузи 34 градуса, паровая баня холодная, внутри холодно. Не насладились прибыванием, раньше времени уехали. Обидно.. 50€
