There were no reviews so I was a bit sceptical, but turns out this is actually a proper free campsite included on Lithuanian websites listing them. There were even other Lithuanians here who told me this, as I'd just found it on Google maps and went with some vain hope it might be okay. When I was there the place included a dixie toilet (with toilet paper), as well as two nice picknick benches and a changing stall (as during the day this is a local mini beach). There's direct access to the water and there are some relatively flat spots to find for pitching a tent despite it being mostly a sloping hill (which makes it very safe from lightning). Perfect for a free night of camping basically, and in a beautiful area.
