Nice staff, very professional, they speak English and a few other languages. I bought the Vilnius pass here, which unlike similar concepts in cities of Poland, actually is not a rip-off and it does provide discounts to the point if you get it you will be saving close to half your money. A lot of maps and booklets to be found here free of charge. Location is great near a lot of attractions in the city center

They have some good printed information. I asked one of the employees a question and she didn't know the answer, so she asked the other employee. He said google it". That was not helpful."

I got the Vilnius Pass and the Audio-guide. The Audio-guide with its 74 entries allowed me to walk and learn more about the most relevant sights around the city center. The employees were helpful and friendly.

David and his able colleague, Mantas, were amazingly capable in getting me bookings I had trouble with online.David did the booking for a ballon flight online (since they didn’t answer) and Mantas called later to personally speak to the agency on my behalf about pick up.I came back asking about concerts for tonight, it’s being booked as I type.They also mentioned other events happening 2 days from now, should I be in town.Personable, pleasant, thinking of all contingencies. Quite the terrific office.
