*Highly recommend *Amazing experience with this dream team. They are all so nice and cool, very good interaction with the team. We were about to take off when the tower suddenly cancel the flight plan because of a big show happening in the city that day. Immediately the team suggested to go and still do the flight but over the nice village of Trakai known for its lake and castle. In 15 min they've packed up everything jump back in the car and hit the road to Trakai where we were able to do an stunning flight with the sunset. Huge thanks to the whole team and Tomas who collected us upon landing with a nice local snack and glass of wine! Don't hesitate 1 second to book a flight with them they're the best!

Wir hatten uns im Vorfeld sehr über die Gelegenheit gefreut, über Vilnius mit dem Heißluftballon zu fliegen. Leider war dies wetterbedingt nicht möglich und so bot uns das Unternehmen an, von Trakai aus zu fliegen, wo die bekannte Burg steht. Sie organisierten ebenfalls, dass wir trotzdem ohne weitere Kosten von unserer Unterkunft abgeholt wurden. Wir willigten ein und waren bis hierhin zufrieden.Sobald wir abgeholt wurden, waren wir schon von der Einstellung der drei Mitarbeiter enttäuscht. Sie waren unmotiviert, sprachen kein Wort mit uns und waren sogar untereinander unfreundlich.Wir sind am 18.08.2023 zu siebt abends mit dem Piloten geflogen, dessen Namen wir nicht verstanden hatten, als er seine drei Sicherheitssätze undeutlich aufsagte. Leider sind wir nicht an der Burg vorbeigeflogen, wie es andere Unternehmen taten, die wir sehen konnten. Wir flogen direkt über Wälder, die insgesamt wenig sehenswert waren. Besonders schade fanden wir, dass wir am höchsten Punkt nur 360m Höhenmeter erreichten (Starthöhe ca. 150m über dem Meeresspiegel) und somit bei weitem nicht nicht die auf der Homepage angepriesenen 1300 Höhenmeter. Die Aussicht vom höchsten Punkt sieht man auf dem Bild, auf dem der Schatten des Heißluftballons in den Bäumen zu sehen ist, die Durchschnittshöhe sieht man auf dem Bild im Hochformat. Wir kratzen mehrmals mit dem Korb die Baumkronen und konnten die Farbe der Kleidung der Menschen am Boden erkennen. Die untergehende Sonne war für uns größtenteils auf Höhe der Baumkronen. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Zudem hätten wir es gut gefunden, wenn der Pilot ab und zu mal etwas gesagt hätte, egal ob über die Höhe, die Aussicht oder die Burg. Ursprünglich wollten wir ihn fragen, ob er ein Foto von uns schießen kann, aber er machte nicht den Eindruck, als wäre er daran interessiert, mit den Kunden in Kontakt zu treten.Nachdem wir sicher gelandet waren, gab es noch eine kleine Urkunde und ein Glas Sekt im Feld. Dabei arbeiteten die drei Mitarbeiter ihre Schritte lustlos ab.Es wäre wünschenswert, dass die Mitarbeiter die Freude und Begeisterung der Teilnehmer nicht nur teilen, sondern sie auch motiviert steigern würden. So wurden wir kaum angeguckt und einfach stupide abgearbeitet. Insgesamt waren wir vom Erlebnis enttäuscht, da wir im Umgang und von der Reisehöhe mehr erwartet hatten.Die Ausrüstung machte einen guten und sicheren Eindruck.

I was nervous at first about flying with a hot air balloon above Vilnius but Tomas & the team made the whole experience to be an amazing one! Flying above the city and trying to 'touch' the river was incredible, thank you!

Nors savo svetainėje teigia, kad skrydžių neriboja jokios geografinės ribos ir gali pakilti praktiškai iš bet kurios Lietuvos vietos, tačiau... Metus laiko, turėdami kuponą, laukėme skambučio, kada galėsime skristi. Deja, pasirodo pajūryje nebuvo nei vienos dienos tinkamos skrydžiui... * I have added an extra star as this was a great trip. The weather had not been conducive to balloon flights recently and this was their first one this year. I had plenty of communication in the run up to the trip and I was collected from central Vilnius. The minibus took us to the start point that was determined by the weather. We helped inflate the balloon and rapidly ascended to about 1000m. From here we descended and hedge hopped our way to Trakai, past the castle and on to a safe landing. I would definitely do it again.

*****CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE HIGHLY ****The whole trip was absolute perfection and Tomas is a fantastic host, business owner, guide and pilot! Though, of course, his whole team are brilliant too.Easiest website to book. Contacted straightaway with friendly message for pickup details the next day. Greeted with a friendly face. Was concerned as a solo traveller I’d feel isolated but felt like a family. Enjoyed the ride - absolute heroes with charging my phone and letting me sit in the front with my motion sickness. Lift off was seamless. The ride beautiful. Serene and peaceful. Also some good giggles. Landing was fun and expertly handled. Ground crew there after seamless radio communication from the air. Not rushed off as closing ceremony with bubbles and certificates. Oh and we had to ask to how to pay at the end - a business run on trust is a business you can trust. And to to top it off, Tomas has followed up with a wicked local recommendation for a unique experience that I’ll love after being dropped off at my door.So stop reading reviews and book - you won’t regret! Totally exceeded my high expectations!Vilnius was a perfect place to try a hot air balloon ride.Amazing views, but also equally important amazing team of pilot and driver who were super friendly and took care of every detail.We had a great time, can't thank you enough!

Taigi, dar vienas žmogus laukė metus savo dovanoto skrydžio. Skambinom daug kartų - jo jo, paskambinsim, ir tada nieko. Telefonas teisingas, viskas patikrinta. Metus. Nepatikima ir neprofesionali kompanija, jei taip ir savo balionus valdo kaip komunikuoja, tai ne ačiū. Venkite.
