The BEST co-living place I've been in Vilnius!Very clean and modern zones. All staff member are friendly and helpfull. There's also a lot of free events going on through which I created beautiful friendships. Also this place is near Ozo park where I had a great jogs and if the weather was not good I used the free gym, which is great to!And if you're excitementous like me, they have a big collection of board games and you will always find a company with whom to play a Monopoly session ;)Deffinetly would choose this place again and will recommend to all of my friends!Best wishes <3

Beautiful place, nice facilities, has a gym, however, basically unlivable if you are not a student. Soundproofing is not existant, walls between apartments are plaster. You can clearly hear your neighbor sleeping on the other side. The ventilation shaft is shared, and acts like an amplifier, so you can talk with your neighbor across the corridor. Same thing with soundproofing between the floors, you can clearly hear every step of your neighbour. I know, that building code is different for this kind of building, but when you are paying 30-50% more than a market rate for such accomodation, you'd expect better conditions than in khrushchyovka or an old student dorm. And I didn't mention the constant parties, which is a daily thing and the administration only does absolute minimum to deal with this problem. They hired a security company, that would come if you called and complained, however, you needed to pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from, which sometimes is impossible, as you can't move freely in the buildings (if you did, you could at least ask people to quiet down yourself or call the police) and if security didn't find the place (they don't try very hard) you can be fined. I knew many people who constantly complained about the noise, however, there were no systematic measures to solve this problem. Only some notifications about the quiet time. Even student dorms have a guard at a dorm who would check what's happening.Oh, and another thing, the staff, including janitors have a full access to your apartment. I've had several incidents regarding that, like janitor entering my apartment by mistake.

It is very expensive compared to the quality and service you get. I expected more than a khrushchyovka... Always dirty inside and noisy as they allow owners to keep pets. Staff is not helpful and very rude. Washing machines and dryers are always busy because not enough. It is very noisy and soundproofing is not the best, you can clearly hear everything from your neighbour.

I am sharing this important review as I contacted Liv-In directly regarding people who are continuously walking big dogs without a leach. Unfortunately, I was too late. The accident with another dog, a small poodle already happened because they cared more about getting the rent than the safety of all children and pet owners.Liv-In even removed my concern from the internal Facebook group. The people of Ozo Parkas should collectively contact the police and ask them to patrol the area more frequently.

Even though the liv-in allows pets, be extremely careful if you decide to stay here. When you move in, you need to VERY CAREFULLY inspect the apartment to record every damage in it and report it to liv-in. If you fail to do so, your deposit will be deducted upon check-out for any minor or hidden damage found in the apartment, even if you did not do so. Argument - you have a pet and did not report damage upon check-in.You cannot dispute the amount of the deduction, and for a simple thing that you could buy in the nearest store for 50 euros, you will be charged 100 euros and they will also say that you have been given a favor. In addition to all of the above, you may suddenly increase the amount of the deposit, due to the fact that you have animals and you will be forced to look for additional funds to pay.

Nice place. Best if you are a young professional. For students you can probably find a cheaper and more fun place (for partying, drinking, etc) as they are extremely strict with their rules. i.e You may find yourself paying 30 euros if you didn’t give back the vacuum cleaner on time or unable to make a slight change on your contract once its signed. On the other side this also makes it very organized and clean. The rooms come empty so you need to buy almost everything. The ladies working at the reception are all super nice and friendly. Always there to help with anything you may need. Not the same for the man that was many times rude and unfriendly. All an all is a nice option for someone looking for a coliving place in Vilnius

I have lived in this complex for about two years and, overall, I can say that it is one of the best places I have lived. However, there are nuances.Pros:+ Excellent location: within 5-10 minutes are a gorgeous park, public transport stop and shopping mall (1 stop away from it, you will get to another one).+ The complex was built relatively recently, so everything is new: buildings, area around and apartments.+ Small shop with everything you need, a gym, a co-working space, parkings.+ Clean, bright, minimalistic and modern design. We lived in SUITE apartment, quite suitable for two people.+ Good ventilation. Buildings are energy efficient, so in winter they are warm even with low heating.+ Online payment (if you are a foreigner, you don't have to have a Lithuanian bank account, only for getting your deposit back), use smartphone as a key for the door, keep track of water and electricity consumption on the website, as well as send requests to the admins.+ In general, adequate staff. They speak Lithuanian and English. Quite often organize activities for residents. Respond to requests.+ Reasonable price.Cons:- Quite specific rental agreement, which in almost any situation makes you guilty. If you are a normal person who does not violate general rules of living, then, most likely, you will not be stressed, but I advise you to read the contract carefully. For example, they do not return the deposit if you leave before the agreed time. In my opinion this is not exactly legal.- The most idiotic thing that can ruin your stay is the booking system, which is hotel based. Despite the fact that you are given at least 5 days before the end of the contract, this DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will be able to extend your stay, because apartments can be booked from the date when they will be free and it does not matter whether you are going to extend them or not. Extremely stupid decision, as you constantly have to think about when and for how long to extend your stay, but even after that there are no guarantees. The administration carefully" sends out messages about the need to extend your stay in advance
