I experienced the worst ‘service’ or say no service’ in Vilnius outlet or exactly say in the bead shop (in Vilnius outlet )…it’s my first time to experience that in Vilnius…most of ppl I meet here are nice…but that salesperson was really rude!!!!! it's totally okay if u dont understand the language (same for me)…but at least knowing how to be polite as a person…u watched a drama(etc.) and wore the earphone …how u can hear me properly… I asked some questions and she always replied ‘a？what？’ firstly without any patience…I went back again to purchase one more thing that I forgot to buy…when I said thank u bye to her, she replied bye+eye roll…wow so impressive…seems that I owe u money or something ..my suggestion is that if u don’t really want to run the business just say…I won’t bother you watching anything…btw I went there before…and that salesperson is really friendly and helpful…so that’s why I chose to go there again…but I won’t go anymore after this experience

Buvom su drauge, ir draugė nupirko karoliukų už didenę sumą nei planavo, paprašius pardavėjos gražinti kažšką, pardavėjos atsakymas buvo” jūs atėmat iš mergaitės kūrybą”. Tai yra tragiška.

Terrible customer service, woman ignored me and didn’t want to help me.
