We used to use their system on our website.We have stopped to use it, and move to another provider. We have a balance on the account.We tried to withdraw our company balance but they blocked our account and hold the balance. It has been 3 years. We still cannot withdraw our company money.We provided all documents they requested.We just want to withdraw our balance and close the account but their support just keeps closing our support ticket without any solution.

Does not respond at all .. just automated messages 3 times raised tickets and no contact number . Seems dubious. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND EXPECT A VERY SLOW RESPONSE AT THE VERY LEAST .

They block your transactions and don't even give you a chance to resolve it. You just need to wait and hope that they will eventually. I don't expect it to ever happen.
