Have bought 7 keys on their platform so far and have redeemed them only seconds later. One time i had trouble activating the key and submitted a customer support ticket, they responded within 30 minutes and gave a step-by-step activation manual with pictures. The company itself has a good user interface, smooth deliveries and decent customer service. Where the company could improve is to physically check the consoles and other physical goods for sale, as I bought a used PS3 for high price assuming the quality of the console to be top notch as specified by the seller - the PS3 however was in an atrocious state, full of dust and even cobwebs , and on the initial bootup overheated and was loud as all hell, being heard from several rooms away. When I informed the company with a picture and videos of the console and in turn asked for a return, because their 48h window had elapsed, I was denied a chance to return the item. In my opinion, such a policy is ridiculous, as sites such as Amazon or Ebay give a 14 day window to make sure the item is in desirable condition - how can I have a 14 day review-return period when buying a book online but not when buying a gaming console? Now I will need to spend even more money to repair the console.

Neseniai turėjau bėdų su savo paskyros 2FA authenticator'iumi, bet parašęs customer support'ui labai greitai gavau atsakymą ir viskas buvo sklandžiai ir greitai išspręsta. Duodu 5 žvaigždutes, nes Eneba yra ištikrųjų verta penkių žvaigždučių, ne kaip kitos svetainės pardavinėjančios žaidmus, žaidimų kodus!

It's a scam, the codes are already redeemed and they do note responde to the emails requesting a refund. Do not buy from this company! Now I'm going to report to the competent authorities.

if you put money in eneba wallet, you cant withdraw them... I communicate with them from january 10th till today...my story: I have selled item on eneba for 20€, I put my money €26~, buyd cdkey for PS Plus, but they gave me PS Now key... after reporting issue they give back money only for selled item €20

Although prices are good, the site is not really reliable. At first, I bought an activation key and that didn't work, so I contacted customer support, so they gave me another activation code that didn't work either. Then I reported a problem a second time, and they gave me another activation code, that didn't work too. 3 invalid activation codes? You must be kidding me. But the customer support is pretty good, so 2 stars out of 5.

This is a rough company!My card was charged with a number of charges that I have not initiated.First they tried getting rid of me by telling me they were not able to find the transaction.Even when I sent them the official bank tickets for the charges they still claimed they were not able to locate the charges. Finally, they managed, when I changed tone and summarised the document they got was an official one from the bank with all necessary info to locate the charges. Now they changed tune and are advising me to go to the police! Are they real? If they were professional they would know, the bank will go after them! I already got reinbursed by the bank by the way. In addition I got assured they will not process payments initiated with my bankcard! Really? Well, it would be rather odd if you did, for the card is cancelled!I'd say, stay clear!

After sending payment for goods, contacting a seller is impossible for 4 days, messaging is freezed unless there is delivery confirmation. Support is pretty fast, but useless. Website is slow and buggy.
