Rented a car here a few times now and never had any issues. Thank you Palanga Sixt office for your great great customer service.

Had a rental through Flizzr at this location. Very simple pick up process through meet and greet and given a new upgraded vehicle. Drop off was simple as no office at this location so via drop box. Car is collected and dropped off right outside the terminal doors. Excellent service.

4-week rental with no issues. However, my flight was delayed by approximately 12 hours. I proactively contacted SIXT from the transfer airport, and they efficiently arranged after-hours pickup for a nominal fee.

Had a really bad experience renting a car from Sixt palanga airport.Picked up a car at night. Had to pay extra 40 euros for this night service. Car wasn’t ready for pick up as it was all in snow and frosty. Took me half hour in middle of the night to warm up the car and deice it.Returned this car after one week use with a full tank.All seemed ok, but then received an invoice the next day. Apparently they found a few scratches on sides of doors. Chippings on front windscreen. Charged me for this and that and for filling up a tank 25 euros! It was full up!In total had to pay extra 150 euros!!Robbers, very poor service!Do not recommend!! Avoid!!!
