Today Ryanair ruined it's reputation for good. Less than 24 hours before the flight we received that it was canceled. Was put on hold for about an hour until I hang up.Even worst part is the customer service. Completely useless and pointing every time at different directions without an actual resolution. Seems that they are clueless how to help their customers in these kind of situations. They purposely do not allow to file EU 261 claim on their website and try everything to make it impossible to achieve it. Whole day ruined thanks to this airline. NO RESOLUTION. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Packed, uncomfortable planes, complicated website, complcated baggage rules, brutal extra fees if you miss something. For example EUR 55 per person for missing to check in online. And once you've booked what is normally needed, it's not particularly cheap compared to other low cost airlines.Avoid if possible.

Wir warten seit 30 min im „Finger“ bei 30 C Hitze!Priority boarding: ein Witz!!! Lowcost ist gut, aber Verarschung nicht. Gut ich habe selber diese Airline für diesen Flug gewählt. Das letzte mal!!!!

Easy can miss a flight in a couple hours line. Not willing to call who is late. Feeling no responsibilities of that they cannot deal with passengers. Worst experience with this airlines. Or if you happy to just stand in check in line for 3 hours in Arlanda stockholm.

Отличный полёт и хорошие цены, если у вас нет тяжёлого багажа. Обязательно зарегистрируйтесь онлайн, чтоб не переплачивать деньги.Из минусов, на мэйл почту приходит много спама в виде приглашений забронировать через них отель или взять в аренду автомобиль, но это их бизнес, можно понять.

Худшая компания которая существует. Меняют условия когда им удобно. И замораживают оплаченную бронь без причин.
