22.07.02This note is to the owner because I truly believe he/she cares of the business. The woman working behind the desk has no interests in helping the customers. She did not speak English - which is fine, but even with the help of other clients she refused to sell items. She didn’t know what the shop sells exactly and then was lazy to figure it out.
