Made a reservation for a van on their website with a special rate.Received an email later that the rate is not available because it was a website mistake. I asked to cancel the reservation.They said ok, if we want the special rate, we'd have to pay in cash.I said ok and asked when the cash would be due - at the end or beginning of the rental?No response.A week before the reservation I asked again when the cash would be due?Finally received a response saying our reservation had been cancelled for improper payment conditions."Do not recommend. Use at your own risk."
