Be careful here, they will seek opportunity to rip you off and check the handbrake before you start the car as mine was off. They left it in 1st gear as well, just to make sure I got going before I knew it! The car itself was in poor condition, scratches all over the paint work and not the kind you would normally expect. Service light was also on, I let them know and they said that's fine

Low level of customer services and interest in their job. No interest in Customer’s needs, just simply telling what they been told to. Wish them good luck in the future...

Scamers! First of all it's not Carsrent.lt Basically if you are looking to rent a car in Vilnius Airport, and it's not some know name like Herts, Avis, Sixt and etc, be sure you will end up in Green Motion. I tried to avoid them and went through this one Carsrent.lt -> it's the same Green motion...you can check Green Motion reviews... The whole office with different car rental names ends up at the same desk, at Green Motion... Extra charges, hidden and made up rules and in the end scratch on the wheel which was charged like new set of tires... Rip off!

Do not use this company if you travel from the UK to Lithuania. They will rip you off and demand more money from you if you do not have an international drivers permit. There is no legal requirement for UK drivers to have one if you stay in Lithuania for 6 months or less. However, if you pay them an extra 100 euros then suddenly you don't need one......

I was reluctant at first to book with them as things on the internet didn’t seem so great- but then we’re always more likely to leave a review when the experience had been bad than when it was fine, so here’s me trying to help out someone who like me wasn’t sure whether to book with these guys. It was fine. I’ve gotten a car in Krakow airport, the only thing I’d say they need to improve is signage as they’re super easy to get to IF YOU KNOW that the small grey booth at the top of parking off the roundabout is them (and couple other hires, in the same place) so maybe improve the signage, because it’s a little confusing. The process went smoothly, they took the deposit in case of damage, I’ve gotten the car and took some pictures for my reference and off I went! to return it is just as easy too- I really had no problem with these guys. If you’re worried about maybe having a little bump and they get charged ludicrous amounts (as most reviews complained that there were unjustly charged) maybe consider getting an extra insurance to cover that, whether with these guys or the website you’re booking through, I always do since you never know what will happen and I’d rather be safe than leave a sour review because someone scratched the hire car and you’re trying to be sly about it. Or take pictures at the start so you can compare. But overall, I was very happy.

My advice is to check the car properly and make 100 photos because they will try to find scratches or something to hold your deposit.They gave me a dirty car on which I couldn't see any scratches because of the dirt,I went back to the office to let them know and they have said its fine.After I gave them back the car they have tryed to make me pay but I had 100 pics to prove the car was in a bad condition from the begining. 1 STAR !

The prices are good, but honest, transparent service lacking. They will try block €750 on your card for 1 month without warning. The car also smelt of strong cleaner, stayed on my clothes for one week after :(Hope you guys can improve to make it a great business after all!

I drove from Lithuania to Estonia, from Vilnius to Riga and back; during the rental period I took a fine for exceeding the limits of just 10 km \ hI received a fine to pay at home from the municipality of Riga, fine that I regularly paid because it was my mistake.after about six months from the date of the rental, these gentlemen charged me the credit card provided for the rental with the sum of € 70, justifying it with a not unclear tax related to human work"

VOLEUR comment appelez vous une entreprise qui loue 2 fois la même voiture la même semaine sans rembourser le loueur qui ne profite pas de la voiture : VOLEUR voir pire ARNAQUEUR et quand on pense que cette entreprise travaille avec booking !!! J’ose espérer qu’ils ne sont pas au courant
