See images for evidence.On 6/16/18 i had contacted Artur Makovskij, owner or manager, to purchase a E30 M3 body kit for my project vehicle. He gave me the pricing through email and then connected me with his associate/partner Martynas Čereška who supposedly handled international sales/logistics. He also sent me and signed the purchase order under the companies letter head, VSI Vilnius Autosport. I sent the payment as directed by Artur's associate/partner Martynas on 7/25/18 for a total of $2,293.91 USD through Paypal. I then followed up with both Artur & Martynas with payment confirmation from Paypal through email. I then received confirmation of received payment from Artur's associate/partner and that the kit would be made and ready to ship in about 18 days. However, by the time the kit was supposed to be ready to ship, Artur's partner was becoming more unresponsive to my emails for shipment updates. I had to send may emails for almost two months to no avail. I was forced to file a claim with Paypal. However, after haven gotten a hold of Artur, after may emails, I did not go through with the claim because Artur responded saying the kit would be packaged and shipped. It sounded like things were being resolved. Artur's response on 11/19/18 was as follows:I will find some time to try to pack this your kit and find out the price of delivery to you do not worry just I now do not have time as soon as I can immediately bring this kit and know the price of the delivery it lies and will not go anywhere". I even offered to assist in paying more money if the shipping was more expensive then originally thought. Last correspondence with Artur was on 12/28/18
