Very bad service of Teltonika Indonesia!We purchased some FMC130 devices, then I requested Pramono (the distributor/seller) to put all IMEI's on FOTA web, but he did not respond at all.

Since it is an owner-operated company, internal politics come first, and it is impossible to survive without being obsequious to the workplace bullying lover bosses who are chronically stressed and emotionally unstable by the absurd demands that come down from the owner. Most bosses hate to be contradicted by his subordinates as they think their subordinates are their slaves, so they will humiliate you in front of everyone if you contradict the bosses. The bosses even fire their subordinates to hush up their problematic behaviors. No labor union exists so nobody protects you.Most people quit within a year due to its extreme stress-affirmative toxic working environment.There are bosses, not leaders.Quote from a passive aggressive boss, Dave, who is in charge of Japan, “if you are stressed by Teltonika, go work in a supermarket and keep scanning items.” (He calls himself a motivator while he excels at discouraging his subordinates. He got some issue to manage people in terms of his emotional instability and arrogance.)It sounds like Teltonika doesn’t care about employees' mental health, and regard their employees as expendable.

Long story short:Got a RUTX12: stable, lots of features, good GUI.Short story long:The system is based on openWRT.Well supported with firmware upgrades for bug fixes and enhancemets of functionality.I ran a lot of devices with several versions of WRT over the past 10 years on different platforms, but nothing came even close to this RUTX12, especially regarding functionality and last but not least: stability!This is not a simple device like you may know it from your home internet 'router'. But not to complex to handle for people with basic network knowledge.
