Tragic customer service via phone. I went to three different Neste gas stations and coudn’t get my addblue tank filled.Did call before to ask where I can do it and the adresses were confirmed with the required adapter. All the calls to customer service before and after was useless.Wrote an email to all the customer support emails but didn’t get any answer. Counting the damage of used gas and time. Highly not recommend to use their services.On the other hand - Circle K gas stations has the required adapter and were super helpful and polite.
