*IT IS THE STORE NOT THE WHOLE CHAIN**AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE CHAIN AND THE OTHER SHOP IN KLAIPEDA AKROPOLIS* (Read down below)Very rude cashier and manager! Don’t shop at the body shop store in Vilnius akropolis! They didn’t even wanted to help. I came in to the shop with a receipt and a unused product and she straight ahead said I am not going to give you money back, not even a hello and so on…They made up their own rules. Never shopping at that specific store again!!!BUT amazing customer service of The body shop! They were ready to help and they did an amazing job! And the shop in Klaipeda, u go in and there’s a smile on everyone’s faces. They’re saying hello and they are trying to help, without deceiving faces!

Užėjus į parduotuvę buvome aprėkti, kad neliesti produktu. Pagalbos iš konsultančių nesulaukeme, apkalbinėjo kaip ateina ir atidarinėja viską. Nejauku.Išėjome per 60sec. ir nebegrįšime

So rude, never want to go back ever again

The store is very nice but the costumer service is very bad, we bought a product that visibly said it was with a discount but when we bought it they said it was the products besides it which the discount was for, but there was no implication on it. The next day we tried to get a refund for the product we bought, we did not open it or use it, the cashier said we couldn't get a refund because the cashier we bought it from wasn't there, they said we should visit next week but we can't and they kept saying we couldn't refund because there was no good reason for it. Even if the cahsier we bought the product from isnt there, we should still be able to get a refund for an unused product.

Worst shopping experience. Refunds arent possible because you „cant return hygiene products“. The whole shop is about hygiene. So you cant return anything? In every other „The body shop“ its possible to return, just at this one there seems to be a problem. Fix it. Rude cashiers aswell
