Ordinarily love dealing with Sixt but this location is terrible and customer service is non existent. Specifically reserved a compact car several months in advance because I don't like driving large vehicles in Europe. Needed the car to drive between Vilnius and Tallinn. On arrival was forced to take a large car because nothing smaller was available". Tried their airport location

80 Euros Cleaning Fee, after paying also full protection on the vehicle.If you guys need the client would bring the vehicle to car wash before bring it back to you, you should state this in the contract or at the desk.Can't find the pictures sent, but there was a wet sit( water bottler spilled)And some crumbs.
