Labai kokybiskos ir grazios rankines

2021.08.20 atiklau užsakymą tashe tashe rankinei įsigyti. Deklaruotas gamybos terminas buvo 6-7 savaitės. Po 7 savaičių kadangi negavau jaukių žinių kreipiausi dėl užsakymo statuso ir gavau patikslinimą kad užsakymas bus išsiųstas po savaitės. Dar po poros savaičių nesulaukusi informacijos ar užsakyto gaminio kreipiausi dar kart į gamintoją dėl patikslinimo ir per 6 kalendorines dienas gavau atsakymą kad gaminys buvo išsiųstas. Kitaip tariant užsakymą gavau po 12 savaičių.Gavusi siuntą tiesiog kartoninėje dėžėje šia išpakavusi apžiūrėjau, ir nusilyviau radusi nemažai kokybės defektų. Apie šiuos nedelsdama pranešiau gamintojui:-karšto štampavimo logotipas nevienodas ir netolygus;-siūlės vietomis kreivos;-ant diržo siūlės dešinėje ir kairėse pusėse yra ne vienodu atstumu nuo briaunos;- furnitūra naufojama prastos kokybės kaip rankų darbo prekei, matosi štampavimo neapdirbta siūlė. Būtent dėl šios priežasties benešiojant po 2-3mėn pradės atsilupti galvanika (auksas nuo furnitūros)-užtrauktukai susigarbanoję net užsegus rankinę. Stovi ne tiesiai. Taipogi pilnai neužsitraukia ir užtraukus yra 'prasižiojęs'-pamušalas paprastas austas audinys kuris sunkiai valosi (ne pamušalinis - rip stop)Atsakymas kurį gavau buvo, produktas atitinka tashe tashe kokybės standartus.Esu nepatenkinta aptarnavimu (gamintojui nepasirodę svarbu informuoti klientą kad siunta vėluoja) ir įsigyto produkto kokybe.Prikabinu keletą nuotraukų isiustruojančių rankinės defektus._________________________________________________On 2020.08.20 I have placed an order to buy a tashe tashe handbag. Declared production leadtime was 6-7 weeks. Since no feedback in between was received after 7weeks I have enquired regaridng status of this order and received confirmation that product will we shipped within 1 week. After couple more weeks without receiving any information on product status, I have contacted the manufacturer once again asking for clarification for order status and received return only after 6 calendar days confirming that the product was shipped. In other words, I received the order after 12 weeks.After receiving the shipment, I immediately inspected it for any damages due to shipment and I found a lot of quality defects. Without any hesitation I have notified the manufacturer of the following:- hot stamping logo is uneven;-stitches are crooked in places, sticking is uneven;-the belt seams on the right and left sides are not equidistant from the edge;- the fittings are painted with poor quality for a handmade product, you can see the stamped rough seam. It is for this reason that galvanic (gold from fittings) will start to peel off after 2-3 months.-Zippers are curled even when the handbag is closed. Standing not upright. It also does not close completely and is still opens itself at the edge when it is closed.-lining simple woven fabric that is difficult to clean (not lined - rip stop)The answer I received was the product meets tashe tashe quality standards.I am dissatisfied with the service (it is important to inform the customer that the shipment is delayed) and the quality of the purchased product.Close up pictures of ordered product attached

2⭐️ Tik už gaminį..Aptarnavimas iš pirmo žvilgsnio šaunus, bet vėlavo pristatyti virš mėnesio, 3kartus (kai pati teiravausi) melavo dėl numatomo pristatymo.Dėl vėlavimo atsiprašė. Tas nudžiugino šiek tiek. Pridedu 1⭐️Patarimas susitvarkykite komunikacija.
