I recommend avoiding this vendor if you value honest communication and good customer service, especially the salesperson EDITA PALIONYTĖ. By the way, the other salespeople in the store were kind and consulted us well regarding the equipment.My wife bought from them an oven, hob, dishwasher, and hood. They told her the delivery was free, and she was happy about the deal.But these were the issues that happened that BTN refused to solve.1. DPD, the courier would leave the appliance on the pavement, and I couldn't carry these to the lift. She was never informed about this and expected a door-to-door delivery. Generally, the vendor must discuss and share the shipping terms with the customer before sending the item. From what BTN told us, we expected door-to-door delivery. If the door-to-door delivery wasn't free, they should have indicated when the shipment terms were finalized. Later BTN charged us an additional 30 EUR for door-to-door delivery. We refused to pay initially and explained the situation. But the salesperson informed us that they would hand this over to the debt collectors and threatened us to pay the 30 EUR. We don't want to create additional problems; hence we paid. But this is far from good customer service, and I think the customers should know when dealing with this vendorLESSON: don't expect BTN to be clear about the shipping terms!2. I placed the order for dishwasher EEG69410W but received EEG69410L. And it is still EEG69410W on the invoice. The vendor had not informed us about the possible change earlier. Although these models are similar, there are differences, and we received a model inferior to the one we ordered. I called Edita, but she didn't answer clearly; why didn't they inform us about this earlier? Additionally, they refused to compensate for the error they made. She also refused to provide a written answer. If I needed to return the dishwasher, I would need to cover the additional shipping costs, and I currently don't trust the vendor in any way to provide the correct model or return my money quickly.LESSON: be sure to reconfirm the equipment's model number before it is shipped out. There is no guarantee that BTN will let you know about the change, nor will they want to assist after you receive an alternative equipment with differences.

90'ju gariunų stiliaus parduotuvė - iškišau prekę ir palik mane ramybėje. Netikėkit jų paistalais apie garantijas, tokių negausite. Mano atveju neveikia skalbykė, beveik du mėnesius skambinu, rašau laiškus, viską ignoruoja, kreipiausi i vartotojų teisių tarnybą, kolkas pozicija nesikeičia - tu nusipirkai ir tai tavo problema.

Atvykau nes domino electrolux skalbimo mašina. Salone aptarnavimas buvo malonus, parodė variantus ir pažadėjo atsiųsti pasiūlymą el. paštu. Kai po poros dienų nesulaukiau laiško, paskambinau pasitikslinti, ar nepasimetė. Sakė kad viską turi, atsiųs pasiūlymą, tiesiog daug darbo. Praėjus dar kelioms dienoms vis dar jokio laiško. Įsigyjome iš kitos parduotuvės finale, nes BTN komunikacija nuvylė.

Blogiau ir būti negali, visa buitinė technika vėlavo 2-3mėn, visas prekes vežė po vieną, net nesitardami dėl laiko. Indaplovėje trūko montavimo laikiklių. Paskambinus liepė atsiūsti pakavimo nuotrauką, (kuri jau buvo išmesta) arba pasiulė susimokėti 40eu, ir laukti laikiklių 2savaites. Beja, šaldytuvas atkeliavo brokuotas, bus siunčiamas atgal.

Ypač noriu pagirti btn.lt klientų aptarnavimą. Kai turėjau klausimų dėl užsakymo, į juos buvo atsakyta greitai ir aiškiai. Taip pat buvau maloniai nustebinta gavusi siunta greičiau negu buvo numatyta.

Labai gera aptarnavimo kokybė. Užsakymą priėmė telefonu ir suderino pristatymą tą pačią popietę. Nuo pirmo skambučio telefonu užsakant skalbyklę iki skambučio į duris nepraėjo nė poros valandų. Ačiū labai už tokį operatyvumą!
