one star is too much, the worst Service!please don't rent here!!!We have booking and pay 3 weeks ago - and the guy in the shop don't give the car out - its stay outside - but he don't give because the order was 10am and flight arrive 1:30 PM - for what we give the flight number????i have call and send mail - they read, but no answer, they get the call, but don't speak....We are very angry!I think, the most 5* here are fake profile... only for the ranking------------------------------To your answer:However, these rules are not on your company website, there are other rules!And internationally, it is also customary to inform the customer in advance, especially since all the options were available to you. There can always be something in between. So don't write lies, customize your website and service if you want to participate in international business.Simply giving the paid car what is in your parking lot to someone else is cheating! Невозможно найти их место расположения в районе Аэропорта Вильнюса, при этом, на звонки не отвечают, только в Рижский офис смогли дозвониться, но там помочь не смогли. На их сайте указан адрес здания самого Аэропорта, при этом их там нет физически.
