Had a reservation and waited over 20 min because of the late client before. Didn't know how long it will take for previos client to get the massage. In the end there was no massage since there is no respect to other people's time. Would not recommend this at all!

The first time we booked eyebrow lamination, only one of us got it because they called us the day before and changed the appointment. We didn't understand what they said on the phone. I was disappointed and felt like I wasted my money. My eyebrows turned out too big and the color was patchy on the skin.The next day, we were supposed to get a manicure, and the lady was angry and started arguing with us as soon as we got there. We were just asking if she knew who was supposed to have which treatment, in case there were any misunderstandings again... She made me cry throughout the whole treatment. Talks behind my back to my friend when i am at the toilet.Would not recommend.
