Just visited INSIEME as a gift to my partner where Matteo taught us to make a three course meal. We had a choice if we would like him to cook everything or if we would like to be taught and we are very glad we decided to learn. Matteo is a very laid-back and kind teacher, which let us relax and enjoy the experience. We really felt like we learnt a lot and also had tons of fun. In the end, the food was beautifully plated by Matteo and we really had a terrific meal. I recommend INSIEME by Matteo Covacci to anyone who is a fan of cooking and would love to learn more about Italian cuisine in a very relaxing, at-your-own pace environment. I feel this place would also be excellent for any teambuildings and we will definitely be back for some pasta or pizza making lessons too!

Matteo yra ne tik profesionalas ir gali pasidalinti savo patirtimi, bet ir yra nepaprastai malonus žmogus, turi gerą humoro jausmą, tad kartu puikiai praleisite laiką. Labai rekomenduoju užsisakyti šio šefo pamokas kartu su draugų kompanija.

Puiki vieta išmokti gaminti itališkus makaronus, raviolius, desertus. Labai įdomios ir naudingos Matteo pamokos, tikrai didžiausios rekomendacijos praleisti laiką pvz su kolektyvu.

Pasta party at Matteo’s was a great experience. Entertaining and warm hosting, plenty of food and refreshments. Traditional Italian cuisine at its finest!

highly recommend! incredible experience - from start to finish, the moment we stepped foot inside his cosy new studio - we were greeted with warmth and incredible hospitality. Matteo's not only a super skilful chef who teaches everything you need to know about fresh pasta and it's forms, different sauces and some of the best tiramisu you will ever have, he's also very accommodative - we had a couple of vegan friends, they weren't left behind and they were taught some unique recipes and ways to make and cook pasta, it's sauces and also a vegan panna cotta.If you are looking for a place to host an Italian themed party or learn pasta and tiramisu making fundamentals - look no further!
