Отдыхали весной 2018. Отличное место.хорошее расположение. Аккуратные номера. Приветливые хозяева. Общая кухня при желании что-либо приготовить. Рядом гипермаркет Максима с отличной кулинарией. Место для парковки авто найдется. Приедем летом 2019

I booked twin room in KNP House well in advance last summer. Was not sure if i stay alone or with someone, so agreed cost with Mr Povilas 15 eur per night if i will be alone, and 17 eur if 2 person per room. Few days before arrival I called Mr Povilas to ask if two adults and my daughter can be accommodated in one room. He assure me no problems, if we share a bed then there will be no extra cost, if an extra bed required he will charge few euros more. Once we arrived and Povilas opened the door he looked very unhappy at us, asking what we are looking for. At first I thought that I got the wrong house :) Then he understood that I booked the room and start arguing that my 6 years daughter is to big to stay free of charge and ask me to pay 20 eur hence his home policy allows kids to stay free of charge till 4 years old. He was very rood at the very beginning, talked to me between door gap, he didn't even went outside nor invited me inside. I ask him to let me in or come outside, so I can at least see the human who I was talking to. I reminded him our conversations, he didn't even listed to me. I asked him why he didn't ask my daughter age so i would know the right cost of the room. Then he offered me to refund deposit and to go to look for another place. I was traveling more that 300km with kid and elderly grandmother and had 3 peaces of luggages, no car. I asked him if he feels ok to refuse us in? I agreed to pay an extra cost for a child and asked him for an extra bed like he told me he will provide, he again refused. He didn't even let my grandmother to use the TOILET. What kind of human being would treat guest like this?At the end it wasn't about the money, I would pay thous extra euros no problem, but his attitude and manner at the very beginning really shocked me. I am experienced traveler, host myself, worked at international travel company with hotels worldwide and know that misunderstanding, technical issues, over bookings or other unforeseen situations may occur, but this person was so disrespectful and aggressive.Apartment cost and accupantacy in Palanga is depending on weather, and usually beginning of the summer is never busy. But this year, from the end of May got very warm, that is why demand of properties rises. So that may be the reason why this person got greedy, knowing that he will rent room for higher price that i would pay him.Never had such an attitude during my travel experience. Unfortunately such a people exist in my own home land, what a shame…

Strategiškai patogi vieta,lankomės jau ne pirmą kartą, nes kainos nėra aukštos (pagal tai ir kokybė)Manau apsistosime ir ateityje.

Kambaryje, kuriame apsistojome buvo labai jauku. Šeimininkas paslaugus. Kambariai gražūs. Arti jūros, geroje vietoje. Buvome labai patenkinti. Grįžtume mielai.

viskas patinka pas povila,butinai atvaziuosim vel.2022.08.20sia vasara vel savaite rugpiucio 7-14 dienomis ilsejomis palangoi ir gyvenome pas povila gavome ta pati kambari kaip ir praeita vasara,patogu kad palangos centras.mum su zmona gyventi pas povila patinka kita vasara kai vaziuosime ilsetis i palanga vel butinai apsistosime pas povila.2023.08.16
