In recent time they are changed. Now they are very responsible and fast. before sending documents to them please make sure your documents are HRD and APOSTATISED. They don't accept only notarised copies of documents.if you are genuine student and all the documents okay they will definitely provide you recolonisation certificate in very few days like 15 to 20 days.

Just came here in order to leave my personal experience. All the comments are fair enough. Did not even try to call them, had this feeling.I came there once, submitted everything and after half a year, they asked for them once again in order to continue. I have tried to ask what is the problem through the e-mail. i just got copy-pasted their previous text. LOL.P.S. seems they hate this job

Documents need to Apostle before sending them. Only Notarised documents are not valid. They have done my reconsecration within only 15 days. in 15 days i got recognised and they issued me a certificate. very fast and responsive.

They can't speak english so it's difficult for international student to understand what's going on. They give very vague information for people from other countries and answer them very slow... And they can't really give an answer to questions because they don't really know answers, even though it's their job.

Это очень бюрократизированное место. Большинство сотрудников работает так, как-будто делает вам одолжение. И к разным людям в похожей ситуации подход при подтверждении документов разный( под настроение). Некомпетентность налицо. Текучка у них большая. В сроки ( которые сами же и устанавливают) не укладываются. На письма не всегда отвечают. Свои обещания часто не выполняют. Общаются иногда свысока. А сейчас ещё сделали 1 кабинет для приёма всех людей и приходится ждать в очереди.

Very poor service, and whenever you write any emails to them, they will reply you very late sometimes there is no response at all,from my view believe me its the worst service. They will always compare your education system to the lithuanian education system which is totally different and they wil pin point mistakes about your education system and make it as a fail or impossible for you to study in lithuania.Well,It all depends in luck wether you get accepted or not.
