Really bad customer service.I agreed with Alex a day for consultation and when I asked for the time on the day he didn't respond at all, so I had to wait the whole day for him to say he forgot. After the real consultation he told me he would send me some designs of the tattoo, so that we can arrange an appointment. After some time has passed, I reached out to him again, but he just didn't respond again and again. Thank you for the waste of time. Can't recommend at all.
