Disgusting service. We were promised to be picked up at 5.30am from our hotel. At 5.45am I called to check if everything was ok as we weren't picked up yet. The lady who answered the phone said that she was just going to call as they decided not to do the rides due to bad weather. I expect to be contacted at 5am latest if pick up was at 5.30am, and not be told this 15 minutes after pick up time. Ideally the decision should be made the might before.The person who answered wasn't apologetic at all. Just saying that she was going to call.

WOW!! That's truly the word that comes to mind when i think about the trip that I had with justas and the team.I wanted to do a hot air balloon trip here as this is one of the only cities in Europe where you can fly over the city centre. what a view it was from 5000ft a truly spectacular city to behold.From stat to finish the team were exceptional with safety and communication. We flew for an incredible amount of time over 1 hour and it was actually much longer and further journey than all the other companies.To finish off justas and the team did a really cool certification ceremony & a surprise glass of champagne to end the journey.This is a truly incredible experience and it's a once a lifetime thing to so. If I come here again i would for sure go back with this team their professionalism was amazing and they spoke perfect English so no need to worry about communicating.Thanks for the great trip guys....

Turėjome labai blogą patirtį rezervuojant laiką. Bandėme susisiekti iš vakaro (skrydis numatytas kitą rytą, tačiau 3 kartus neatsakė), po kiek laiko gavome skambutį, jog skydis neįvyks dėl blogų oro salygų, tuomet bandėme išsiaiškinti, kodėl oro sąlygos blogos ir kur galime stebėti oro sąlygas, kad galėtume įsivertinti patys ir pasiderinti laiką. Pasakė jog naudojasi windy.com ir tą dieną rodomas vėjo greitis 100m aukštyje yra 50 m/s, patikrinus vėjo rodomas greitis 100m auštyje buvo 8 m/s, padidinus aukštį iki 1500m aukštis, vėjo greitis prognozuojamas 18m/s. Bandant išsiaiškinti dėl palankaus vėjo skrydžiui oro balionu, atsakė labai nemaloniai ir nutraukė pokalbį telefonu. Suprantu, kad skrydį galima atšaukti, bet kai atvykstama iš kito miesto ir diena yra planuojama, oras prognozuojamas geras ir tik patiems pasikreipus, buvo pranešta, kad skrydis neįvyks.Comment in English:We had a very bad experience with reservations. We tried to contact them in the evening (the flight was scheduled for the next morning, but they did not reply 3 times), after some time we received a call that the flight would not take place due to bad weather conditions, then we tried to find out why the weather conditions were bad and where we could monitor the weather conditions so that we could make our own judgement and adjust the time. Service provider said that he was using windy.com and on that day the wind speed displayed at 100m altitude was 50 m/s, on checking the wind speed displayed at 100m altitude was 8 m/s, when the altitude was increased to 1500m altitude the wind speed was predicted to be 18 m/s. When I tried to clarify the favourable winds for ballooning, the reply was very unpleasant and service provider hung up the phone. I understand that a flight can be cancelled, but when you are coming from another city and the day is planned, the weather is forecast to be good and it was only when you called yourself that you were informed that the flight would not take place.
