The worst system if you work there it dose not matter where you from and it dose not matter how experienced you are they prefer polish people some of them are good guys and some of them are the worst you wont have respect from them or try to help you at work they try to make you look bad to get you fired and if some polish are not that good at spraying for them still good they dont care I dont recommend if the system doesn't change for better we are all the same or the come out as racist
