Oro uosto pasitikimo salėje esančiame punkte, dirba labai nemaloni kasininkė, visą laiką susiraukus, neturėtų dirbti šio darbo jeigu nemėgsta bendrauti su žmonėmis. Jau įsigyjant produktus, su žmona pastebėjome, kad ji kažko labai nepatenkinta, pikta veido išraiška, nemalonus tonas. Atsisėdom prie staliuko, pavalgėm, nutariau ištiesti kojas, priguliau ant krėslo šonu, kasininkė iškarto prisitatė ir pasakė atsiprašau

I wanted to buy a coffee into my travel mug that I had previously washed out. When drying it first with some paper towels, the shopkeeper ran to me and yelled at me in Lithuanian that I cannot do it and have to pay (“money, money” was the only English word she was able to use) for using the towels first. My jaw just dropped. Customer first…Obviously money primes here. Very saddening. Therefore no coffee or any further purchase here. And sorry for daring to use your paper towels!

There are different Narvesen before and after customs. The one on the left after check-ins as soon as you enter Departures is fab. Coffee from very morning is tasty, lady at a cash desk is helpful. If you have your PERSONAL CUP, there is 10% discount for coffee (07.09.2021). Isn’t that great?! :)Another one after customs is my absolute favorite. It's a Bookshop as well as the Coffee shop and mini market.

Extremely rude service by a very grumpy woman who couldn't even muster a smile. Asked to exchange some money (to slightly smaller bills so I can buy a bus ticket) and the woman refused to change the cash without me buying something. A bit later she seemed to cave in and agreed to change the money but still with some conditions. To avoid her conditions I felt cornered to buy an overpriced chewing gum. Very disappointed to be greeted like that by a service person in my own country. If anything airports and the businesses inside of it should provide better hospitality.
