This was a hardcore experience. It was snowing and there were loads of steps. If you are smarter than me, you might say, there is a cable car? I saw it when I was at the top, haha, life!It was worth it though!Stunning views, the tower is super cute!I definitely recommend it!Cable car is 1€ each way (for those who don't want to sweat)

From the hill there is a magnificent view of the whole city. It is definitely worth climbing. It is not difficult at all, or you can use the cable car. Unless you want to go inside the museum, you won't spend a penny. There is also a parking lot close to the hill. This is must in Vilnius.

You can either walk up by foot (for free) or take the tram. The view from the top is great, and gives a full panorama view of the whole city. You can also go into the tower itself, which holds a museum, but it costs extra.

Breathtaking panoramas of Vilnius at 360 degrees (more or less)! You can ascend by foot (more like stairs, in truth) or by using a small cabin in the museum courtyard- not well signalled or visible from the street so pay attention and try to guess. Just 1€ per trip up or down. From top of the hill the view is simply amazing, at every time of day!

The best panoramic view of Vilnius) Climbing can be done on foot or take a cable car. You will enjoy an outstanding view of Vilnius old town on the one hand and see new areas of the city on the other.

The location is nice and the view is probably the best in Vilnius but the older lady greeting" people at the front door of the tower was extremely rude. We asked if we can go to the top of the tower and instead of just answering the question

Nice views, you can walk or take a funicular ride to the top. Entrance fee to tower, you can see whole old and new city from here! Worth going up there, drinks available from vending machine at the top!

Great tower and viewing area. Once part of a very large fortified defence system that covered the entire beautiful old town of Vilnius. Stunning views from the tower and there is a half decent museum inside. €6 entry fees.

The old hill castle of Vilnius. It has been restored but there is not much left. Still a great experience to climb up the last remaining tower and get a 360° view of city!
