Gave away my fixed computer to somebody else who managed to get their hands on the paper slip they give you after registering the repair. This was a long time ago and the details are hazy. The police were called and could not help. Basically my own fault for losing the paper slip. While that is true, there needs to be some sort of verification process. How can somebody just take a paper which has only my phone number on it and get my fixed computer? They pretended my computer is still being fixed for months and i only found out what actually happened after calling the police. Hope this issue has been addressed.
